Exeter (UK) and by post, 2020.
socially distant comprised four photographs taken during at the beginning of the UK's first Covid-19 lockdown, and printed as postcards in a limited edition of 100:
• the first taken of a chanced-upon music lesson the day after the lockdown began;
• the second taken in Exeter's deserted commercial centre;
• the third taken just before a friend's departure from the UK (two months ahead of the toppling of the Colston statue in Bristol);
• the fourth captured as a screengrab of a web-based Whereby conference call, after noticing it was possible to 'meet' with myself by opening the application in multiple browser tabs.

A fifth card was produced at the end of the year, depicting Covid-19 baubles hanging from an xmas tree waveform visualisation of the phrase 'fuck two thousand and twenty' (and topped by an EU gold star).
